應(ying)主要(yao)用(yong)于圓孔及中(zhong)大型管(guan)線(xian)的外面涂漆，它是憑(ping)借無氣(qi)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)塑機(ji)輸送管(guan)來的髙壓金屬(shu)涂料上，可(ke)以通過(guo)量身定做的噴(pen)(pen)(pen)水嘴，使金屬(shu)涂料上做霧化(hua)后進行養成嗽叭形（園圓錐(zhui)形、塊實心），均地噴(pen)(pen)(pen)在(zai)管(guan)線(xian)內外面，最終得以達成管(guan)線(xian)的涂漆。 NKP-1型大部分可(ke)用(yong)作于Ф50-Ф300mm的管(guan)路，材(cai)料消(xiao)費黏性沒法過(guo)于80秒(miao)(miao)（4號(hao)福特(te)杯）。若果外墻乳膠漆粘(zhan)合度多于80秒(miao)(miao)，需要(yao)加有機(ji)溶劑溶解。NKP-1型常見上不(bu)用(yong)排水管(guan)間(jian)距被限(xian)，但較(jiao)好(hao)不(bu)生長于15米。
